SMOKING FROM EXHAUST...HELP?
Hi guys i had an oil feed pipe leak on my turbo, not knowing it was leaking, i was driving my car a week at least until i noticed, i replaced the pipe and now am getting smoke from my exhaust, its white smoke on idle and blue on boost...what is this problem indicating...
is my turbo on its way?
i gave it an oil and oil filter change, also filled it up on v - power putting in redex also and its still occurring. I have been told when i had the leak its maybe dried out my turbo and maybe damaged the seals or shaft, can't say until i remove my turbo, by the way i'm running a VF37 Twin Scroll.
do i need to replace the turbo?
appreciate if you guys can give your input. Thanks

appreciate the concern, i have been told the oil can take a long time to clear up, but would you recommend to change the turbo, because its also not performing the same, maybe the seals have been damaged.
