i have just had the pleasure of reading your comments on chri5 thread on buying advice,you have used my wording from one of my replies,and are suggesting im an over enthusiastic twenty year old arsehole who has destoyed my first scooby,im am 40 years old,this is my second scooby,my first being a wagon that has done 135k before big ends went,i bought my second car from someone who loved their scooby as much as i do,and have driven this car since buying like miss daisy,people like you making comments like yours on this thread,should keep their thoughts to them selves, if you cant put them across without insulting people,this site is ment to keep like minded people together,and give each other freindly advice and support,if you still think i am an arsehole feel free to pm me your phone number so we can discuss further,if not an apology will smooth things over.

Stu, delete this thread, nothing that Bubba put isnt anything that we have not heard before, yes bought a mint example but now its rattling or bought a really well looked after scoob, big end went on the way home etc.

Stu, do calm down old chap - it's only a forum. I don't believe I insulted ANYONE directly. I've been on this site a long time and I've read many posts of the kind that Tony's just referred to. I'm sure it's just a terrible coincidence that you've bought two lovely cars only to have them implode on the driveway. Let's put all this behind us now, shall we?

bubba ,you say ,you havent insulted anyone directly but you have used the wording from my reply on this thread,no body else wrote anything similar,so surely you can understand why i took it personally,plus the fact ive just spent my money on a lemon still smarts ,so im a bit touchy at the moment,but that doesnt alter the fact that i think your remarks were uncalled for and insulting,im not going to bleat on about it,i will get over it
