Default Can the VF series turbos be refurbed?

i always thought they couldnt.. but can see parts for them on ebay?

the turbo in question is a VF37 Twinscroll

can they be refurbed? or is it a replacement job?

os it a matter of refurbing them being really expensive? hence not worth it? a remanufactured one for sale here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SUBARU-TURBO-I...item3a5ebdf926

cheers

I was also told the VF series turbo's cannot be rebuilt? Im sure places like Turbodynamics would be worth asking.

i think it just might be a thing of cost of rebuild vs cost of replacement or upgrade?
