I've just received my ser No for the Evoscran 2.7 sofeware you recommended and a EvoScan Subaru Select Monitor I (SSMI) 9pin/16pin DataLogger Cable (1990-1998). Ready to connect, just wondering if there is anything else, or other connector to make.
Some told me you need to connect some plugs at the bottom of the steering column.
Any advice before i start. Thanks

The green/black plugs near the steering column are the 'manual' way of either resetting the ecu or reading error codes by means of the cel on the dash flashing in a sequence. So don't worry about them, just connect your cable to the obd2 connector near the coin tray, fire your laptop up and turn the ignition on.
