Default SUNROOFS - you got 'em?

Hi all, hoping to move into the world of Scoobies v.soon

Checked one out for sale last week and the car had a sunroof and I wondered if they had them fitted as standard on some models?

Maybe a blazingly obvious question but didnt know if it was an aftermarket jobbie

as a rule steel sunroofs are factory, glass will either be dealer or retro fit

Go for a Forester XT instead, you'll get a huge glass sunroof as standard

My classic wrx has a steel sunroof. Mother has a my98 GL which has a factory fit glass one. Well i assume its factory fit. Its a proper tilt and slide electric one. To much work involved for it to be retro fit, id of thought.

That sounds the same as mine,I mainly use the tilt to let a cool breeze of air in when on the move.

+ another 1 They let a great breeze in, and its forced in by opening the un-aero-dynamic way. Mine is open whenever the weather allows.
