a) Had a WRX-S remapped ?
or
b) Remapped a WRX-S ?

Is it feasible ?

Thanks s-boy. Do you know the new BHP/ Torque figures ? Are they much different from the 251/288 on the factory car ?

i brought the car privatly and the bloke had booked it in for the remap but then decided to sell so instead of cancelling it i paid him a bit more to have it done. Only had a recipt for the cost no figures on bhp or torque ! feels like about 300bhp maybe more im sure if you phoned powertrain or a mapping company that does ecu-tek they would give u an idea of power increse.

Thanks again s-boy, although I've still got two years warranty left so won't be rushing into anything. I doubt whether 300bhp is possible with an ecutek remap alone, more likely around 270bhp, but the torque should be around 310 lbs ft.

should make 270~280bhp and 320~340lb depends on whether standard or if exhaust mods etc.. nice improvement anyway
