From what I've been reading organic is good for road use assuming car is pretty standard.. Scoobybits organic clutch looks a good price

The Comp clucth stage 2 is good for day to day 300 /350
the stage 4 is a good upgrade for bigger power apps.
The flywheel to match is light weight at about £202

Dont go paddle, horrid clutches, your probably best off trying an AP organic or an Exedy twin plate type clutch, neither will be "cheap" but they will be good
Helix organic is another one to look out for.
