The P1s on P/Heads range from £13k to £7k (106k miles) with that £5k one hanging out the bottom
TX.
Edit - this is the £13k one which sounds like it was owned by PSLs young son

my mate has one still available 5.5k with 50k on clock, was cat c damaged but repaired PROPERLY. ideal if you wanted one to keep, if you were out to make money on it though (as most usually are) then your choice. any inspections welcome.

very true. this price for this car is fair as it has on logbook previousy written off by insurer but repaired to standard. sadly, for most, this is like having a "I HAVE AIDS" sign hanging around your neck

Just out of interest whats the difference between Cat c and d damage?
Is d repairable and c a write off?

more than their valuation of the car. a point to note is that many insurers over value damage and under value cars, sometimes to the owners advantage and sometimes not. as little as £300 can be in the diffrence between the 2 prices in them making their decision, plus, lots of people hope that the car is written off so they can buy it back (damaged) and get the work done much cheaper than valued by the insurer, although this is the long way around. scoobyclinic regularly bring scoobys "back to life" when insurers claim them to be a write off.
Cat D is basically damage caused in an accident repaired through insurance. many cars on the road today are still unofficially Cat Ds, they have just been repaired at cost to the owner so as to not increase ncb.
