Mines and '05 wrx on 84k and no signs of giving up the ghost yet, as dj219957 says it's all about treatment not mileage. whatch how it's driven on the teat drive!

mine has done just over 80k on an 02, slipping a little only really noticeable when its booted in 3rd and the turbo kicks in, however took a friend out to show him what it was doing 1hr later managed to get it to slip so drove fine one minute and not the next.
The OH has not notice a problem at all so would agree with K10CHS depends how its driven - a ball park replacment cost is about £800.
