Go for an uprated one. Covers you then!

I've got an 03 STi too, running 430/375 and I've put a twin plate in. Not cheap at all, but it's covered me for when I get more power.

Don't get one from ebay, get one from a reputable dealer. There are a lot of fakes out there which don't last long.

Mine is this one http://lateralperformance.co.uk/prod...za_6_speed_box

But yoy may not want to spend that much which is understandable. APi sell some very good organic Exedy clutches, with a modified plate...which are suppose to work very well. But again, if your going to up your power in the future you will need to get a twin plate to cope with the power.

If you go with a race, it clamps harder but it does not last as long, so i would go with a fast road! Depends on use and driving style, really! My recommendation is fast road.

Oe Exedy 240mm will cope with no issues at that level.
