Washer Jets?
Hi All,
Is it me or are the washer jets on 2006 STI rubbish?
They seem to spray really gentaly so when I get to 40 mph they dont even spray on the window! Is this normal?

Possible sludge/algy in the tank, blocking the feed to the pump??
Make sure there are no kinked pipes to the jets buddy.

I tried that, well I had the pipe off at the pump, seemed ok, had the pipe off at bonnet, seemed ok but seems a waste of space at jet lol

With pipe off there is water there etc. It just seems to be usless with pressure. I am guessing its like the horn, enough for legal requirements but usless in every day use lol
At 40 mph it goes from hitting middle of screen to very bottom of screen

Replacing mine with the mist versions you get on newer other brand cars. I'm told the Citroen ones fitted to the C4's drop right in and work a treat.
