advice on gearbox oil please...scooby type r with DCCD
Looking to change gearbox oil in my 98 type r with DCCD........going to nurburgring in 2 weeks so need something up to the job .
What do you recommend and is it suitable for the DCCD as ive heard some oils arent suitable.
Also how much does the gearbox take?

Check on the opie oils site and it will give you a list of recommended oils for everything. If your going to the ring which is a long ciruit i would defo use millers 10/60 engine oil, but opie site will advise a gearbox oil.

i already use millers CFS 10/60 for the engine...thats all my new engines ever had in it apart from the run in period. Been advised by loads of ppl its one of the best for track driving!
