Default high boost problem

on my way back from work today i went to give it more gas, it reached about 85mph then started struggling and not going anywhere, i looked at the turbo guage and was sitting around 1.3(which is normal) but on the build up to it i was hearing ssssssssssssssssssssssss which i dont normaly, then the boost pressure droped, low boost is fine it goes right by 85mph easily,

Possibly a split boost pipe, or do you have dump valve? If so then that maybe faulty

Take it off and put the original one back one ifyou have it.

First though check all your boost pipes for splits or if the have come loose
