Got scammed by a netter.

I sent money over to westwood2006 for a turbo which i payed £300. He offered to me via PM. Its now been 2 months he hasnt sent me my VF35. At first he replied to my messages but now he told me to get lost. Im very upset as i didnt expect this from a fellow member.
