just seen this on pistonheads, looks like what I am looking for.

anyone know of this car, also the price seems a little steep to me, any comments welcomed.

Yes the price is steep, just picked up a 20k miler Spec C (2004 limited) for less than 11k, and those hold their value more than the standard STI.
See how much they are willing to bend on the price, sub 10 from a dealer for sure, low 9's would make it reasonable.

Can only think the price is high because of the low milage,check your insurance for these too,as they can vary from the UK spec ones,looks a good one though.

I have checked insurance if I get uk spec or jdm it is the same, no idea why.

prob because after a certain point it's nickability and replacement they're insuring against... both the UK STI and and JDM STI's are group 20...

Steep it's mapped etc for 350hp. You'd get it for £11-11.5k which seems alright to me.

Nothing they just didnt know what they had, ford dealer took it in as part ex then off to a skoda dealer when i rang up, showed them all the bits on there after id bought it
