Love the wheels and the calipers. Whole car is amazing actually.

How good is the Hyperflow TMIC? They are made in Aus aren't they?

Hi Guys,Thanks to you all for the welcome and the kind words, the engine is actually a 2ltr.
Ive had a quote to stroke to 2.5ltrs for $13k (8k pounds)this would net me another 45hpatw,just cant afford it atm,as ive got a 10 month old girl,
ill have to wait till the wife goes back to work!!!!!!

Thanks
Kev

Over here in OZ you can have any number plate you like, with the max of seven letters and numbers,it costs $200 a year.
The bad part about owning a modified car is it's illegal, every time i go out i **** myself, wondering if I'm going to get pulled over by the cops.
i know some that have, your car gets a defect sticker straight away, the next move is to put the car back to standard,
which costs thousands of dollars and go to the appropriate authorities to get a signed form to allow your car back on the road.
I say f**k um,i might get NOZ.
Thanks
Kev

Why is it illegal? The WRX scene in WA seemed pretty lively when I was there and plenty of modded Scoobs. Is it different in SA or are thye all breaking the law too?

Hi f1 fan, certain states have different laws, here in Adelaide your not even allowed a different dump valve, basically modding your car, your making it faster, this is a big no no.

Hi scooby L
Ive posted a pic of the dyno chart for you to look at mate!

You're safe in Perth mate, just check with perth-wrx.com or the West Australia Subaru Owners Club for further info.

Nice motor! Cookie1 and welcome to the site. Are you sure it isn't fly wheel BHP? Seems a lot out of a VF23. Plus your ambient temperatures other there are probably through the roof most of the year!
