Default dump valve

Hey.. just bought myself a 2001 bug eye, can anyone recomene a good dump valve to fit, i hear bailey are a good brand?.. is it true that they also help the turbo ??

i am not bothering with a dump valve heard to many not so good things about them, Why spend loads of money on them for just a noise at the end of the day,

Spend it on something else worth doing fella

Your car has one fitted as standard - no need to replace unless it isn't working correctly or you want the whoosh noise of a vent to atmosphere dv.

The OE dv if working properly is best for the job. If you change it to a vent to atmosphere one it upsets the fuelling.

It certainly does i had one for a short while and noticed how smooth the car was on its removal

Hi have 2001 bug eye with bailey dv on didn't notice any difference and not very loud either

i can reccomend baileys only when poured over ice in a glass....... nowt else

Why not get a decent second hand backbox of ebay or similar rather than a chav horn

I had mine all of 10 mins felt under power and no real noise at all so of it went back and bought a prodrive back box

i have a hks ssqv 3 one the car runs fine loses no boost, i know people dont like them but ive had no problems at all with mine.
