My Project Legacy

At last i managed to buy my first Turbo Subaru. Pictures below are to show changing the colour of the car as blue. However, the number of this version in Turkey is only 5. I can not find the parts. Price of Impeza parts here, on the other hand, is relatively high.
I will be appreciated if you can help me find the parts i have been looking for.
I will ensure the money transfer and provide payment of postal costs immediately via Western Union.
Parts for which i have been looking are as follows:
1) 97/98/99/2000 model Impreza Scoop
2) Turbo version front seats ( blue,if possible)
3) Steering without airbag
There are many parts that i need to purchase but i do not have much money currently. Therefore, these are the initial parts that i should purchase.
