What parts to fit before re-map
Not really posted much on here before but im looking to get my car re-mapped soon. Ive fitted a Japspeed sports cat, miltek 3" - 2.5" mid pipe and prodrive backbox. What other would be wise before a re-map? Do i need to get a 255 fuel pump and im thinking a green panel filter. Engine warning light has come on after fitting sports cat.
Car is a 03 WRX STI.
Any advise welcome

I wouldn't bother with the fuel pump myself .... a bigger waste of money I have yet to see!
The standard pump returns a huge amount of fuel back to the tank - it can cope with most increases in power that the engine is capable of.
Panel filter is a minimum if you must ... gains will be minimal, however.

A remap would deal with the cat threshold issue, assuming that's the reason your light is on!
The most important thing you can do is make sure you have a full tank of whatever fuel you want it mapped on, then stick to that fuel afterwards.

Any of the performance panel filters will be better than the Subaru OEM one if you're chasing more torque/power.
I started with a green panel, and ended up swapping to an STI panel from japanparts.com
The CEL should be fixed by the mapper as Alan said, just as long as it's the emission's that's flagging it.
Fuel pumps on the 2003 STI are fine.
