Default What are late classic UK turbo 2000's selling for?

Debating selling mine.

Insurance is due for renewal and i can't be arsed to fork out for it just yet, not till next month anyway, plus I'm not gonna need a car till then either.

They seem to be up on auto-trader for around 3000-4000 and many valuation places say they are worth around that, but are they actually selling for that?

Mine is a 99 with 85000 miles on it (apparently average?) in good condition, FSH, Inovit alloys and a scooobysport exhaust system(plus decat and dump valve but not fitted), but could do with new tyre's in a couple thousand miles.

I feel that they only give the same as what a dealership would give a customer. A few months back i was offered very similar for mine when part exchanging.

Of course, their prices are the bottom of the bottom ......

Seriously, I would expect to get around £3250 for mine - I guess?

But, it is pretty unique - one owner standard Impreza's don't come along everyday.

Indeed, I do .....

I couldn't live with a modified polished turd to be honest ...... It would remind me everyday that I was a numptie who bought the wrong car!!

Why buy a car and then try to change it into something you should have bought in the first place?

I don't get it - it's madness!!
