Default how do i change thermostat

can someone please help me with diagrams how to change thermostat on a my93 wrx if not point me in the direction of a thread that can help

Diagrams...I cannot help with.

But...drain the coolant off via the driver side drain plug on the radiator.

Opposite side of the engine, where the lower rad hose connects to the water pump housing, you will see the thermostat "lid". Two bolts holding a round/oval plate in vertical on the pump. WD-40 the bolts....wait 20 minutes....undo them..there's your thermostat. Fit a new rubber gasket for it too.
