Unhappy

Hi
My 1998 Terzo, which I bought from a dealer in August 2001, develops a hot, oily smell when warm. It's been back to the dealer who has checked all fluid levels but can find nothing wrong. The engine is clean and so is my driveway, but it still smells like it's got an on-board popcorn machine (!) when I'm standing in traffic or moving slowly.
When I bought it we put the smell down to the new back box which the dealer fitted before I picked up the car, but six months later it's still smelly.
Anyone any ideas?
Soo

Hi

Is it a burning oil smell. If it is check the drivers side cam cover for leaks.Any dripping oil goes straight down onto the exhaust manifold heat shields and burns away creating a nasty smell.
