i went last year , and it was pretty boring to be honest, no atmosphere or buzz. Not much to see in the way 'interesting cars'. Expensive entrance fee for what you get. Just my opinion! - before i get flamed lol

Yeh granted it is the same every year but IMO its still the best all jap car show. IMO rallyday at coombe is a better day out, ill be there to..

I'll be there with SIDC..... lt's hope we have some sunshine this year, it was wet and windy on and off last year which did not help to much. From memory this will be number 6 for me I always enjoy Japest

I've heard that Rally Day is the one to go to. I went to Japfest with my brother last year and he was gobsmacked by the lack of atmosphere compared to RallyDay
I don't think you can compare Rallyday against many of the shows it is a completely different animal, one on it's own really. Partly because of the topic and partly due to what seems to appear out of normal peoples garages tucked away in the darkness. The other show with similar content is in Chatsworth House on 5-6th June and that's another cracker
I'll be out on track and with the SwiftOwners club... Cant say that its a crap show, I've been going for years now and never found it boring, one of the best shows I go to in the year IMO... suppose its down to who you go with and having a laugh...
might as well call it chavfest i went last year for the first time and it was a bit dull. Rallyday is by far the better event, its a real good mix of road examples and classic/current works rally cars and rally stars. Not much in the form of proper motorsport cars or good drivers at japfest; Just like having a massive track day in my opinion and for some reason it cost more than rally day!? each to their own i guess!
midland scoobies will be there..not many of us and a 5am start.....still a good day out....
I live in gloucester, Does it cover my area? I've been looking for a club.
I've been going a few years now and yes it is gettting a bit chav-fastic but still a good day out. missed the track time thou I was hoping to stick it round now i've upgraded it. perhaps the japfest evolution 2 in august
