Seats on my08 STi have zips round them, any tips on how to remove the covers without damage/stretching etc?

not sure, but i do know they will be glued to the foam seating. So when you manage to get your hand underneath, be gentle when prising away or you will bring away chunks of foam and when refitting it will be hard to avoid a rippley finish

use a spray adhesive when refitting
