If it is just an Oil and Oil Filter change then £150 should see it done .... it's very simple to do it yourself (and a pleasure knowing it's been done as you would want it doing).
The cost to do it yourself to the standard required would be around £20-£25.

i would do it myself but it has to be done by a garage as part of my warranty and it does have full subaru history so im not sure wether to ruin the fssh or go with a specialist and the mileage is 114k

tbh at 114k, a full subaru history is not going to make a big difference in the value of a five year old car, especially if you plan on keeping it for a few years. i'd use a trusted independant, although i trust no-one, so change mine myself.

Will Subaru honour a warranty claim at 114k miles, If there were two cars for sale exactly the same age and price and condition and one was fssh and the other a specialist then me personally would choose the one serviced by the specialist.

Like said above,I prefer to do it myself ,then i know exactly what i'am using. Someone posted on here a few weeks ago ,about taking there car car to a dealer for a service and the dealer used shell helix super motor oil. Nothing wrong with that as it is a half decent semi synthetic oil,but on a turbo motor, after a few good hard sessions of driving ,it will break down much quicker than a fully synthetic motor oil. Why not do it yourself ,then get a mate to stamp your service book if your worried about keeping up with the service history.Failing that give mark a bell at thwaites developments.not to far from brum and very reasonable imho.
