£1000 for Prodrive 17" wheels????? Doesn't sound likely to me.
Price is a little low but not that low for a 105K 99 with a few mods.
If the car is in good nick bodywork wise sounds like a good buy.

deos sound a little bit too cheap and also i would try and find a standard one if possible drive it around for a few months and then see what you want to change and modify.

i own a 1999 t reg uk turbo and have kept an eye on the value on them at the moment they do fetch as little as 2500 but with the mods you have listed it does sound a little low. its either a real bargain or your setting yourself up for something the owner knows is going to go wrong. all i would say is have it checked over before buying and if all is well go for it as its a steal at that price.

Get some pics up when you get it.
Just make sure all the paperwork checks out and if you can get a Scoob specialist to give it a look before you buy. It may cost a little for an inspection, but at that price you will still be quids in if it checks out.

i paid £2600 for my 97 uk back in october with 78k on the clock and full dealer history and all reciepts(i mean all of them even for bulbs!)so that price is cheap for what it is.get it looked at properly before you go any further as these cars can be expensive to fix if bottom end goes etc...
mine has the prodrive wheels and suspension set-up on it as well.

Sounds about right for an MY99 car with over 100k on the clock, you can pick a low mileage clean MY00 turbo up for 3800, you have to remember these cars are 11 years old now, they are not worth 5-6k anymore.
