Default What turbo?

My current td05 16g is smokin on boost so I'm thinkin it's about time 2 replace it.
Now I'm not sure whether 2 replace like 4 like or wack on a td05 18 or 20g.
I have only had the car 6months and was told that the last owner had bigger injectors put on in preperation 4 a bigger turbo how can I tell if this is true and if it is wat turbo shall I go with? I don't want to b replacing lots of bits so wats my best option peeps?

I take it your car is a classic? then I would stick with a 16G again, an 18G or a 20G may well finish your gearbox/engine off and thats the last thing you want, plus you would have to get your car remapped if you change to a different turbo.

I have a classic with a standard v5 bottom end and standard gearbox with an 18g running 350bhp plus, done several track days and driven it hard plenty of times and currently waiting for box and engine to go bang but seems to be holding out well

If you're not fussed about the gearbox. The 18g will make for a rapid car.
