Default cluth flywheel changed in 3 half hours witha six speed box

today me and my mate me being the donkey and my mate being the mechanic change my fly wheel and clutch in 3 and half hours and thats ina classic with a six speed box the only thing i done was shoulder the weught of the six speed box i just cant see how garages charge for 5 hours labour becuase we were not rushing it really

I think the charge for a clutch is about £250.00-£350.00

yeah i now my mate 150 and a grage at 5 hours so 5 x 45 per **** + VAT = rip off just my thoughts

i got charged 3hours at 40quid for cash by my local garage who preps grp4 escorts . and it did only take him 3hours on a ramp mind and that included delivering the car back to my house . proves there are some honest garages about lol

yeah that tru there are a few about but most when you ring them they say 5 hours labour + vat and yeah i reckon my mate could have done it in 3 or less if we were in a rush and it want 8.00 on a saturday morning when you should be in bed : >
