Price mistake, someone has accidentally added a '0' on the end ...... of course, it should be £1795!!

Do you reckon they will bite at £1500? might be worth me buying it as a toy, at that?

I'm pretty sure that car has been in Japanese Performance magazine as well.

Looks a good spec of car, still unsure as to whether it will sell for anywhere near £18k though, £10k, maybe a bit more?

There is an article on this car in Japanese Performance Feb 2010.

It does come with a set of track wheels aswell.

Very quick car.

Course the car is worth what he is asking,im sure if any of you guys spent 50k modding a car you would want more than 8-10k after all its a proven car that has featured in a mag.

Plenty of people on here spend lots of money on their cars and realise (when they try to sell) what they have actually done is to reduce the value!!

OK, so he spent £50,000 on a Subaru .... does that fact not make you want to run away? He is clearly a freak

I was looking at the for sale section in a rally mag offshore lately and the cheapest Subaru which was a classic was £86000 that had one seat a roll cage,

for such a 'famous' car seems a little odd that it is on fleabay. is it advertised elsewhere, pistonheads, jap performace mags, fleabay is not usually where you go for specialist and one-off builds is it?!?

Best of luck to the seller, not sure fleabay will get him what he wants though.

nice car and spec but 18k is a little over the top for that i would say around 11k mark tops would crack it. if he brakes it it he might get around 13-14k max. never the less good luck to him you never know.

Sounds like it's a 2.0litre to me. The only mention of 2.5 is the swirl pot and nothing to do with the engines capacity.
Not worth the money he's asking though IMO. For £50,000 spent that Scooby still looks a little cheap to me especially with those alloys but the engine looks good.

This is £50,000 ... and won't lose much either - will make you feel like a King and have girls flocking around you (and I don't mean the 14 year olds that the Impreza would attract)

http://pictures.autotrader.co.uk/img...?id=1068378501

Simply madness to spend that money on an Impreza - just buy a proper car in the first place and be done with it!

problem is if you buy the ferrari, you must feel like you are too restrained to buy the more fun lambo which is what i'd buy if i had the money.

the impreza is overpriced but there's no harm in trying, but 10k seems more about the mark, even then its still green so that'd put me off all the time.

Nice spec engine, but those wheels are funkin horrible! As for 18K, well I can see where his valuation has come from, but can't see it fetching it.
