Just like Rover did with the 25 the raised the ride height, stuck some chunky bumpers on it and called it the offroad or something similar.
The Rover 25 still looked pants and the new 'improvements' just made it look even worse, I hope Subaru do not bother carrying out a similar exercise.

Subaru have always made an "outback" version of teh Impreza ; this is just the latest version.
Mostly sold in Australia
