Default Black alloys on silver scoob

Rite fellow Subaru fanatics after some help on deciding if i should put black wheels onto me silver scoob

If anyone could post photos of there scoobs with black or dark alloys would be a great help!

silver alloys on black car mint :-) , i have to say black alloys that have come into fashion (again) are a no no for me, i hate em, and they make your tyres look brown, but then i am old now so what do i know :-).

not keen on black but anthracite/dark grey/slate sort of colours work better imo..........

Tyre dressing never seems to work for me, looks mint at first, but as soon as i go out in the rain it seems to end up on the alloys in the form of an oily, greasy film.

I use Meguiars tyre dressing and don't have those problems. Basically, don't put too much on and let it fully dry before moving the car and it lasts quite well with no crap on the wheels.

I bought some black ones for mine



I now think that black is too dark.

DLP, those look the nuts are they 17 or 18's??

black hides the lines of wheels, thats why i went for gunmetal on silver. i think its just the right contrast.

Black definately works for a silver scoob, but try buying them without that flipping red rim!

I really like ALL the pics posted with black wheels but for me I also love the standard silver colour (when clean), so wouldn't change them.
