Can any of you recommend a decent budget exhaust, i have been looking at the japspeed 3" full decat systems which has decent feedback regarding build quality but i don't know how long the flexi joint would last on it as ill be running around 300hp. I don't want to deafen myself with a very loud sounding system and as i work shifts i dont want to annoy the neighbours too much but i dont want a quiet system either. your views welcome and if anyone has one for sale for my bugeye wrx let me know please.

Try looking on youtube at different exhausts. I just bought a hayward and scott as it sounded best on the various vids I watched. Just type in the different exhaust names there are tons of vids

If budget is what you're after. There was a 3" system on ebay for £199.

My brother has a full 3 inch Japspeed exhaust system on his Version 4 STi, build quality is very good the welding on the exhaust is the best ive seen on any exhaust even the big name exhaust like HKS, Blitz etc!!!

Only sound clip I got of my brothers STi is on the drag strip, the exhaust is not as loud as my Blitz nur spec but it is still loud with out being to loud(can live with it on the motorway)

Well just ordered the Japspeed exhaust, my only concern was the flexi pipe but there is 12 month warrenty if there are any problems.should be here tomorrow too thanks for the link
