Has anyone got any info on the Legacy twin turbo estate that was produced around 95/96. I can't seem to find anything about them on the internet, anyone know??

Right good, in that case:

0-60 time, top speed when de-restricted, do they handle as good as an Impreza, fuel consumption figures, reliable, is the twin turbo system a sequential job, are they tuneable without resorting to internal mods???

That should keep you busy.

well late 96 came a facelift and a bit more power

0-60 7.0 Auto (facelift) about 7.3 pre-facelift
0-60 5.9 Manual (facelift) about 6.2 pre-facelift

doun't feel like 260-280 bhp as they are refined and the steering is soooo light.

They handle very well, the 4wd helps of course. They don't 'feel' like they handle that well until you look at the speedo and think **** I went round there quick.

I found the auto box when accelerating hard to be quite slow, especially 3rd to 4th at about 115mph seems to take a couple of seconds before you accelerate again.

Top speed of a manual facelift is nearly 160mph. A 130 is almost too easy in all models seems like 70!!!

Not the easiest car to get more horses out. Yes it is a sequential system for the turbo's.
