Default Much is it worth........?

WRX 1995 80,000klm on clock, 18" Team Dynamics, Pioneer Full Sound System Including Headunit worth around 2k, HKS Hi Power Induction Kit, HKS BOV, Afterburner Centre Section, Ninja Rear Back Box, HKS Turbo Timer, Blitz Dash Gauges x 3, STI Rear Spoiler, Momo Jet 2 Carbon Steering Wheel & Boss Kit, Momo Leather Gaiter & Gear ****, Walbro 225 Feul Pump, Serviced last week with all oil changed (diff, gearbox etc) new coil pack, new MAF, new plugs, front/rear brake pads. Years MOT & Tax.

Thats everything i know and info i can give you all.....

In two minds / should i keep the WRX and get a remap and some other bits and bobs like p1 bumper n splitter n take stickers off and a remap or should i sell her and get something faster and more of a new age? Im only wanting around 300bhp n ill be happy so what you all think?

Cheers

Thats a nice car, and in the best colour

Id keep it as you'll probably get a poor price for it as a car, you'd do better breaking it and selling in parts.

Youve already spent some decent money on it and if you know its a good car then get tuning it to 300bhp. Be prepaired for the engine to possibly fail but thats a possibility on all the impreza's even new age ones!

If its just a power thing then keep it and tune. But if your after a newer feel and more modern interior ect then sell up, but classic WRX's are selling for peanuts now

Keep it. Newage cars weigh more and with the same power, have to be slower

Somewhere between £2k-£3k depending on condition. Most people will go on that rather than just the age and millage of a car these days. Not too sure that it makes any difference if it has guages, spoilers etc.

the classic would be hard pushed to get over £2.5k for it in todays market and the newage one would go for £7k-£7.5k but don't think it would go any higher.

Only did it cos some bloke on mbclub.co.uk posted up a rip off price they offered for his 43k car, the price he got back was 28k. So thought i would do mine. I got an email from webuyE.C.T saying that it's subject to inspection and contract and incorporates blar di blar di blar. Boring story short i have to take to local carcraft 8 miles away for inspection and have to pay £29.99. But if there going to offer that and i was to sell i would expect 2.5k min. Or webuyanycar can have it.
