I have just renewed mine with a company called Direct Choice the policy is an Allianz policy, I was with the RAC for my old A4 and the Scoob when I bought it however they wanted £800 for this year. Direct Choice quoted me £489 for the STI, I'm 35 with full NCD and a clean license, the Wife is 32 with a clean license and been driving for 9 years, that's also business class as she is self employed and uses the car from time to time for that. Was well pleased, and all done online I even Emailed them a Scan copy of the renewal from the RAC as proof of no claims ...... Done !!

Contact Gary Moulson at Keith Michaels insurance on 0208 642 7868 make sure you only talk to Gary and no one else as he will go out of his way to get you the best price he can, he can be a bit hard to get hold of at times but its well worth persevering until you do.

You'll be ok if you both have Subaru driving experience. A Plan confirmed our policy then asked after if my wife had any experience, she hadn't so they cancelled the policy. Keith Michaels wanted similar experience.

Saga !! Couldn't believe it - £329 FC, protected NC etc etc for 08 modified, Euro import Hatch STi as it is now (350BHP). They want an extra £50 + about £50 increase on my XS when it goes to 480BHP !!!
NFU wanted £800 renewal, others wanted £550. Worth asking for a quote if its a grey import
OK, - live in Norfolk, long NCD etc - but what a result !
