Hi,

Ive got BC Coilovers on my Hawkeye i've just purchased,

Whats the best stiffnes setting etc for them, I mainly drive down country lanes and B roads, not many A roads.

So i want it to be a more comfortable ride wit less bounce on the bumpy roads.

that's the only way to find the setting that is best for you and your roads

as above, perhaps start on the softest settings and work your way up a click or two at a time?

I got the 5/4 springs.. and I leave mine at at 18 front 16 back on my 06 STI .. ( Clicks from soft )

Took it down to St Agnes over new years and it was fine.
