Angry Tracker Networks uk - hopeless customer service!!

Is it just me having problems renewing my membership with Tracker? every bloody year, I spend ages on the phone on hold, only to leave my credit card details for a payment that never gets taken, and I swear this happens every bl**dy year grrrrrrr!

Is it me???

Try direct debit! LOL
Or as i did, but still later than i shoulda, go for the lifetime membership option.
I will now save a fortune, albeit 2 yrs late.

My renewal is coming up soon and it's never been a drama as they already have my details I just ring to say give me another year. All done within 5 minutes.

DD is best, anything else seems a chore for them.
Not very reassuring on the recovery side of things.
Anyone had a positive result on recovery?

Ive got a trackstar, and drove across Europe on route to Slovakia. But I broke down in Austria, and managed to get on a flat bed to Slovakia....
Anyway, as Id put the alarm on my car when it was on the flat bed, the alarm kept going off. I didnt think much of it really. Until I had a message on my phone....It was a guy from Trackstar saying there had been an activation on the tracker, but not to worry the car is in good hands!!
This was on the 18th December, and Ive still not heard back from them, lol. The car has been in a garage since then.

Just wondered why they never called me back......
