Default Radiator Problem

hi all,
having had a smell of antifreeze for last couple of days i think ive found the problem.
Along the top of my rad(02 wrx bugeye) i have noticed a small leak, its along the top but below some kind of metal tube where the main hose fits onto.
Is there a repareable seam here or do i need a new rad,any help and advice would be gratefuly recieved.
How much would a new rad cost?,and is it ok to drive around with this leak?
problem just before xmas,that sucks
thanksalan

Hi Alan,

A new core from a radiator specialist using your existing headers should be under £100 including VAT and more than double that from a dealer iirc.

Easy removal and refitting should you decide to DIY.
