Where can you download the Impreza workshop manual?

I used to have it on my PC but can't seem to find it now I lost all the data.

I'm basically about to fit an idle control valve and wanted to know the best way to do it on a 97STI.

I@ve noticed some people have changed there usernames. I wonder if this guy is one as I can't find him under:

& slip stream returns someone who has 5 posts.
