Ask you warranty people whether having the bumpsteer mod will invalidate your warranty.
Or, get the bumpsteer mod done. In the event you need to have some warranty work done, it is unlikely they would notice the mod.

I may be being naive here, but from my limited experience and postings on this board, Subaru seems to be fairly even handed with warranty claims.
If you've got an engine problem, they are hardly likely to point at your third-party quick shift and say no. But if you've got gear-selection problems it might well be a factor. Also, and this is much more likely, if you've stuck some other-make high performance brake pads in and warped a disc, well, you're asking for trouble.
