K+N (Filters) very poor service.

Another member on the BBS has a K+N panel filter fitted to his MY01 he was pleased with the results and recommended i have one fitted.
I rung K+N who said yes we do a panel filter and as your in Warrington you can buy it off us direct today.When i arrived 2 hours later to pick it up the rather snotty R+D guy (no name mentioned)said we dont do a panel filter for the MY01, when i produced a part number he walked off and left some lady deal with it,she then sent me to the factory to pick the said part up, when i got there they then said sorry you cant buy it direct you have got to go to a dealer in Liverpool and we will deliver it to him by Tuesday this week.
When the dealer contacted K+N they said no we dont do a filter as yet for the MY01 and it is being developed in the USA and wont be available for at least 4 weeks.
What really p*ssed me off was K+N's attitude of its Friday so F*ck off and leave us alone and to the arrogant pr*ck who turned up at the factory reception and said we cant help you MATE give one of our dealers a call, i hope you were as shocked as you looked when i said dont call me your MATE and is this what you call customer service.
Right end of rant, but talking of service i then rung Scoobyworld who were fantastic with their level of service and my nice new iTG filter is on my desk today waiting to be fitted (Well done Scoobyworld)
