Default hit in crash and given false details

on my way to swansea on a strip of road labelled as a fifty. so i am genuinely going down the road at speed limit when two cars in front for no reason just stopped obviously the car in front breaked hard i breaked harder but the car behind didnt stop and SMASH
Now this happened right outside a car dealership. one of the employees saw it an said the lupo the car that stopped had thought the red light on the single turn right lane was for all 3 lanes a common mistake that happens often he informed me unfortunately the lupo left the scene along with the galaxy leaving me and the guy that hit me. now he gave me a mobile and the house rung to check they both rung so i took his word but not before i took his reg plate. he has hurt my mrs and given false details so as long as the rat has registered his car in his name he can expect a visit from local plod nice and early 2moz morning as the very helpful p.c put it. luckily i was driving my rust bucket almera not the scoob, still not the point though. tosser has killed my ride man!!
back doors dont shut right and the boot wont close so i wont be going to work in that 2moz

It is an offence to withhold details or give false details.

at least u know the law is on ur side. by giving false details it cud be seen as an admission of guilt if when caught he tries to blame you.
