Id consider getting your standard parts ported by Harvey Smith: he can wrap them too, or supply the kit. Im under the impression that he will use DEI wrap.

Btw theyre manifolds: header is a stupid American word, used because theyre too dumb to grasp the correct terms.

For a set of OE exhaust manifolds and uppipe (aftermarket), done properly you will probably use three quarters of a 50 foot x 2 inch roll. I only use DEI because although it is not cheap it represents the best long term value for money. It has stitching down the side to act as an overlap guide, it is applied damp, not wet, it is close woven and on the testing I have done it has the same or better thermal efficiency, sometimes considerably better, than anything else I have tried even at a lot more expense.
Be very careful because some of the cheap stuff is not thermally efficient and can fall off in next to no time.
Keep the wrap tight.
I sell DEI rolls at £55 each plus postage.
