Have you checked all the hose clips are tight on the FMIC pipe work?
Sounds like a hose has come off or loosened.
The oil is from the engine breather system which returns to the intake pipe before the turbo. That's why people install oil catch tanks, to keep oil out of the air intake.

Intercooler pipework will have oil in it due to the engine breathers. Breathers go from the engine back to the inlet pipe before the turbo.
The turbo will pull the oily mist from the breathers through into the FMIC pipework. It leaves an oily film on the inside of the pipes and when it's been sitting idle small pools may appear at the lowest points of the pipework.
Nothing to worry about really, as long as there's not gallons of the stuff in there.

thier was rather a lot of oil there. just strange it drives good just not boosting. as if the turbo has been removed, but it must be doing something as the waste gate chatters like mad, but nothing from the dump valve
With the smoking, on start up gives a little out the exhaust, and when putting it underload, when it should be on boost.
Thanks for your help.

hi guys i went out to the car today removed the intercooler pipes to the side if turbo there was a lot of oil in their that was leaking out samco hose the connects the pipes, then ive removed the pipe going to the inlet(butterfly) to find milky oil in the pipe boost, (passenger side), like i said the car has a front mount so it has monsterpipe work. ive got fingers in turbo and can move the impeller up down left right.
also the dosent boost as such it trys then drives like crap.
please note no oil in water and vice verser.
any more advise would be great

If you can move the impeller with your finger sounds like you turbo has gone mate . You shouldn't be able to move the impeller at all apart from spinning it round.
