Default Blobeye STi 'winglets': where to buy?

Heard lots of different prices being mentioned on here, my local dealer want £110 each(!!!!) but I've heard people mention they got them for a lot less ... if anyone could let me know where they got them from (cheaper) that would be great

thanks
Iain

I bought mine from the main dealer in aberdeen for £64 each, that was back in may 2008.

Have seen them on ebay before be worth taking a look on there.

The garage is Town and County aberdeen, They have lost the subaru franchise but think that you can still get parts from them.

Have got the part no. aswell for the winglets, the dealers call them airdam skirts I think

part no. are
57742FE000PG & 57742FE010PG

have found them on ebay but they are from the states

04 05 SUBARU IMPREZA WRX-STi FRONT BUMPER LIP COVER PU:eBay Motors (item 150384342968 end time Nov-27-09 16:33:33 PST)

Hope this helps and you can get them at the price you wont.

Good luck

Mine were £63 + vat a couple of years ago from Haddocks in Colchester, can't believe they've gone up that much.

I'd also be wary of those copies, they don't look like they have the rubber sealing strip.

I didn't go for the winglets in the end, opted for this instead;

thanks Ian, finishes the front of your car off nicely

Mine isn't finished yet, its going back to the bodyshop to get smoothed in, then I'm after some fog light covers and then will do a diy lower mesh fit, I'll get there in the end!
