Took the mrs shopping this morning and on returning to the car i found this

Looks like a van or something has reversed into it smashing the head/fog/side lights plus denting the bumper & bonnet and also forced the head light back which has forced the wing out so theres now a big gap between bonnet and wing ......not even a note left from who ever did it

It seems to drive ok so at least i can still get about but with x-mass coming up its going to have to wait to be sorted.

know how you feel mate and gutted for you! my car was broken into a few weeks ago and they made a right mess of it vandalising it because they couldnt take the immobiliser off...the worst bit was that it happened at 2pm in broad daylight parked on a pay and display with a cctv camera overhaed that rotates every 30 mins and just my luck it was pointing in the wrong direction when it happened. i had to claim off my insurance for £3500 of damage and lost my 2yrs no claims and wondering if i will ever get insured in march when its up for renewal with no no claims. hope you get it sorted mate and have a better xmas

Cheers for the support guys still feel sick now, mrs said i went a funny colour when we noticed it walking back to the car

There wasnt any CCTV so looks like i will have to take it up the tail pipe, lucky i already have a bonnet and headlight in the shed, just need a bumper and fog light then the wing and front end knocking back into place, also noticed the black tank behind the headlight has been snapped off its bracket, no idea what its for, any idea's?

The black tank could be the air resonator, it connects to your air filter. Most guys remove this, at least it's half off for you now!!

No it was facing out, maybe it was some kid in a chaved up punto or something like you say it must be something low looking at the bumper.
