funny statement

my boss came out with a classic today . we we talking about a group of local residents of a local rough estate who are all complaining about a family who have just moved there . he sat at his desk and said
IF YOU LIVE IN A DUSTBIN FOR FREE DONT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FLIES
i damn near fell of my chair laughing as he is not the funny statement sort of person

Whilst out to lunch, I bought my boss a ham salad sandwich as requested.....

I handed it to him and he asked "Did you spit in it ?".

I replied, "I never have, nor intend in the future to do such a thing, however comments like this make me wish I had".

He didn't smile.
