It is a screw in the shoulder i need to know wether or not the rolling radius will be affected and need 2 my gut feeling is yes

If its on the back, I doubt that the rolling radius will be out that much, so I would probably just change the one.
If its on the front which tend to get worked a bit more, I would change the 2 & keep the good one as an emergency spare!

Yeah, at 6000 miles with spirited driving then your probably 60% of the way towards a new set anyway.
I'd change the pair and keep the good tyre as a spare in the garage should it happen again.
