Default Wheel repair

Hi all,

I have a 2006 sti and the wheels are looking scruffy. Who had it before me could not park without the wheel hitting the kerb as they are all
scuffed. They are straight, no dents etc.
What should I use to smarten the scuffs up etc.
Painting is no prob as we have a spray booth at work etc.

Cheers!
