Default My car revs at the lights ...

Since the remap .. now then .. and not when its cold .. my car revs between 800 and 1300 rpm .. nothing major but its making me nervous thats its going to cut out .. and I'm always in heavy rush hour traffic ..

Any thoughts?

I did start using Shell Super duper fuel instead of Tesco 99 .. and although before the remap it made no difference .. I have to say it does now .. could that be it ?

^^ Would say the same ^^
although it could be idle air control valve needs cleaning
I also had the same problem when the spring in my Forge dumpvalve broke

Does the car also cut out? I had a problem, when the car was at stand still it would rev high and rev low and some times cut.
Put it on a engine diagnostics found out it was the MAF sensor.

After putting a full 3" decat and Apexi PFC on my old Type R, it used to do that occasionally, and it was the MAF sensor. It used to go through MAF sensors like they were going out of fashion, and I replaced the idle speed control valve too

could try cleaning it with a bit of carb cleaner in the short term and reset the ecu until you get one sorted.
